	Planned scheduled maintenance 2009-11-30
	We will do a scheduled update on PamFax in the morning (GMT) of November 30th. This will take about 1-2 hours. PamFax client software and the Portal will not be accessible during this update time. The website and the online shop will not be affected.

	[RESOLVED] Delays in sending faxes. 2008-07-20
	Last 24hrs, PamFax had some trouble sending the faxes. The sending was delayed for a few hours. Sending now works fine again, all delayed faxes have been sent and new faxes are send quickly.

	Skype Extras purchase problems. 2008-07-18
	Skype payments system has some problems transferring the payments over to PamFax. As a result, the payments with Skype Credits shows up very delayed. This does not harm payments with PayPal, Amazon payments or the PamFax online shop.

	Skype payments system server is partially not available. When paying for a fax you might see a timeout when you are re-directed to the payment site. Skype is working on getting this fixed ASAP.

	Like on February 28, many users experience a 'Format error' saying that the format of the document they 're trying to send is not supported. We 're working on a solution and will hopefully be back with full service soon.

	Many users experience a 'Format error' saying that the format of the document they're trying to send is not supported. This is an issue on our fax-servers and we're working on this with high priority.

	Sending of faxes to recipients outside Europe is delayed. We are working on this with high priority.

	Skype Extras purchase site was offline. 2007-12-29
	Skype payments system server was down for about 18 hours. Now all systems are back to stable operation. Customers in USA could still use PamFax with Amazon Payments which was not effected.

	[RESOLVED] Login-System failure. 2007-12-14
	Due to a DNS server change yesterday evening we had some trouble with the login system. We did a hotfix this morning and are currently implementing a workaround to avoid this in the future.
